As a dog trainer, I've seen too many owners fighting with their leashes instead of enjoying time with their dogs. DuoFlex isn't just a "splitter" – it's a carefully thought-out solution.

The Magic of Hexa Material: This isn't ordinary rubber or nylon. Hexa is a PVC/TPU material with a unique honeycomb pattern.

Caring for your Hexa leash is incredibly easy. Since the material repels moisture and dirt, a quick wipe with a damp cloth is usually all it needs. For a deeper clean, you can use mild soapy water, but please avoid harsh chemicals. To ensure the longest possible lifespan for your gear, try not to leave it in direct sunlight for extended periods or expose it to extreme temperature fluctuations.

It is also good practice to regularly check the carabiners to ensure the mechanisms are working smoothly. If necessary, apply a small drop of lubricant to keep them moving freely and prevent rust or debris buildup.

For small dogs, the Trigger Snap clip is especially suitable – it is compact and lightweight while being durable enough to provide a secure attachment. For those seeking extra safety, the Screw Lock clip is an excellent choice; it is very light and equipped with a safety latch. It stands up to both seawater and sand, making it an ideal solution for frequent nature walks.

  • Deadline: Returns must be initiated within 14 days after receiving the product.
  • Condition: The product must be unused and clean.

How to Make a Return:

  1. Contact: Please fill out the return form in your customer profile (which is created after placing the order) or send an email to info@obidog.lv. Provide the order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Shipping: The product can be returned in two ways:
  • Via Parcel Locker (Omniva or DPD): You can send the item to the Domina parcel locker (Omniva or DPD). Please use the recipient phone number: +371 29460199.
  • In Person: You can bring the product to our store/workshop, but you must first agree on a specific time by calling +371 29460199.

Costs: Return and delivery costs are covered by the customer (excluding warranty cases).

Important Exceptions (Customized Products)

Returns are not available for products that have been custom-made specifically for your order—for example, custom sizing, embroidered names, or unique colour combinations.

Damage or Warranty (We will take care of it!)

If the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect or damage related to the warranty, we cover the delivery costs. In such cases, please include a description of the problem.
