There are many free parking lots, but as in the center, if you are free, you tend to be busy. To make it easier to orientate, add a map with parking spaces so you don't have to frost for long.
👉 Oranda line - next to school, you can stand 2h free on Pärnu Street. In 95% of cases there are vacancies. (Just don't forget to put a puksten in the window)
👉 Blue line - car parking where there is always free space
👉 Yellow twitching line - the road from a long parking lot to the dog school, about 3min.
