But if the puppy has got to you when it's 2 months old, you have to look for a compromise. During this time, a natural fall of the puppy's immunity occurs, the puppy has not yet received all the necessary vaccines, and his socialization period, which is very short, is coming to an end.

I will briefly explain that the socialization period of puppies is a period of dog development up to an average of four, five months. This is the time the puppy gets to know the world. Dogs are most afraid of what they don't know. And it is not only such a whim, but maybe even a serious fear of death (similar to phobias). But for the dog to get to know his environment, and not to be afraid of the first months of life, fear is overwhelmed by the great interest of puppies.
It is the interest that allows the puppy to get to know the world. But this interest is not forever. The interest of around the age of four/five months disappears, and all that the puppy is not familiar with will now be afraid. This is also the only thing that can be missed throughout the dog's training. Teach you to sit if you can go side by side, but socialize later no longer.
It is for this reason that I do not recommend waiting too long with walking out. In principle, two weeks after the first vaccine, the dog had the first immunity (about 70%), and then you can go out with him. But, so that he will only enter his complete immunity after the last vaccine, which is 12 in the week I would recommend avoiding dogs and looking very much in his mouth.
